I will confirm your order by email.

Please make sure I have your correct contact details.

Please make payments in pounds sterling.


I will despatch your goods within 3 days of receiving payment.

I will email you when your goods have been despatched.

All deliveries need to be signed for.

If I need to despatch your goods via a specialist art courier I will be in touch to arrange a convenient date



Please photograph any damage to your parcel before opening and also photograph any damage to the contents as proof of courier liability



If you wish to cancel an order please email me as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your goods.

I can’t accept cancellation of orders for specially commissioned or customised goods.



I hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied I will offer a full refund, provided items are returned undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure that the package is sent ‘signed for’ and insured to the value of the artwork.

If you do wish to return an item please contact me for further details.

Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the refund policy.

I am unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

I am unable to offer a refund if items are not returned in good condition.

Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable unless the return is due to the goods being damaged on receipt.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
